So my friend has ask me how to fake cross processing in lightroom….given I had to google cross processing, so I think it was pretty safe to say that I am not a master in the matter. Perhaps something is better when you actually look at the develop panel…

Oh, and for those who have an issue with me using FREE file sharing site to let you download these FREE presets just because you have to wait 10 seconds…you know where to stick it…and please visit SOME OTHER site that ask for your money….I am not doing this for the money..fame may be, but definitely not wishing to gain money…so please FORGIVE me for not PAYING for file sharing just so you don’t have to wait….sorry I wasted your 10seconds, but in retrospect, understand that I had to spend a lot more than that of my time to adjust, export and post these for others to download….move along now.

my very own: lightroom lucis art color pencil preset.
UPDATED July 22/09 : 3 sets of color pencil preset download here.
Lucis art’s Color Pencil landscape preset
Vivian Chung’s LucisArt color pencil landscape.lrtemplate
I just really like turning golden hour landscape pic into Lucis Art. I called it color pencil because if you zoom at 100%, you can see the pen stroke, sorta.
As usual, please play with the tone curve and HSL to get the result that you want.

Again…download and import at your own risk.
Took this in the boring light, 5 o’clock on a cloudy winter evening. but by using the Lucis Art or a VERY contrasty tone curve, there are details in the once washout sky.
If it looks funny, you probably have to adjust the tone curve or change the exposure a bit. This one has a very heavy present of the color blue.

This is the tone down version from the watercolor lucis art, more suitable for portrait. Work wonder for over exposed flash photos..(just kidding, works fine on other as well).
